Conditions of Sale (this list supercedes all prior listings) General: Orchids of La Joya is proud of the product quality we offer. We are constantly upgrading our offerings with the latest hybrids and tissue product available. With the beautiful climate providing the finest growing conditions and abundant labor, Orchids of La Joya can produce the finest product available in the Americas, at prices competitive with Asian producers, without the high cost of air freight. In today's business climate, let Orchids of La Joya provide you with the "Competitive Edge", through quality product, availability, and import pricing. Documentation: Each shipment will be accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate, CITES, Packing list, and actual invoice. Copies of all documentation will be faxed or emailed at time of shipment unless the recipient has no FAX facility or email. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide FAX contact numbers and the correct email address. Cost of obtaining export documentation is listed under "FEES". It currently takes approximately 30 days for the government to process and issue all documentation. The purchaser must supply a current copy of their General Permit for our files. Terms of Payment: Prices are quoted in US dollars, FOB, Atlixco, Mexico. Prepayment by bank check is required for all non-established accounts. Payment is accepted by company check, bank wire transfer, or other guaranteed draft, or via our electronic PayPal catalog. Direct WIRE TRANSFERS may be made to our account, VIA JP MORGAN CHASE, NEW YORK (DETAILS WILL BE GIVEN WITH ORDER) Order Minimum: Minimum wholesale order is US $ 1200.00 Product Availability: While we strive to keep adequate on hand orchid inventory to fill all orders, occasionally sales pressures will render some selections unavailable until the stock plants have time to regenerate. We will notify you before shipment of any items not currently available or available with less numbers than ordered. Packing and Handling: Orders are packed and shipped within 10 days of receipt of documentation. A fee is added for P & H. Winter shipments requiring additional packing require an additional fee. See "FEES" schedule. Shipping: All shipments are FOB, Atlixco, Mexico. All shipments are by domestic air cargo. Experience has shown Miami, for East coast shipments, and Los Angeles, for West coast shipments, to be the preferred ports of entry. Delta or American Airlines are our preferred carriers.. Freight costs, Customs clearance, and all other incurred expenses are for customers account. With estimated prepayment, we can arrange Customs, USDA clearance, and freight through these ports. Any differences in cost will be invoiced or refunded as indicated. EUROPEAN AND ASIAN ORDERS ARE SENT VIA LUFTHANSA, KLM ANY OTHER MAJOR AIRLINES. Customer Information: All orders must contain full shipping address, primary and alternate phone numbers, name of contact person, and airport of destination. FAX and email numbers are appreciated if available. Any special shipping instructions must accompany order. Claims: Any claims arising from shipping damages must be reported to carrier within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Orchids of La Joya makes no claims or warrants once shipment is accepted by cargo carrier. Any non shipping related claims must be filed with our office within 72 hours of receipt of shipment for our review.
